Making a return with Evri

Please follow the link below to create and pay for your returns label. If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition along with your order sheet, within 30 days of receiving the item. Please also mark on the sheet which product you would like to return.

By original condition we mean:


1.You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
2. You haven’t used the product

Please note that we cannot refund the original delivery charge.

Ensure you keep the tracking receipt for your parcel. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know the outcome of the review. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We promise to give you a full refund if you receive faulty or damaged goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns on Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
